Acoustix Brand Case Study
Acoustix is a consumer audio brand blending high-fidelity sound with modular, eco-friendly retail design. The project spanned the full creative pipeline, where I personally developed and led a multi-department collaboration to establish the entire visual identity from the initial logo design to the comprehensive packaging elemental style guidelines. The product ecosystem ranges from wired and wireless headphones, floating speakers, and shower speakers to innovative water bottle speakers and digital audio adapters that bridge legacy gear with modern devices.
Product Categories & Ecosystem
Personal Audio: Precision-tuned wired and wireless headphones designed with sweat-proof durability for active daily use.
Aquatic Audio: Suction-mounted shower speakers, zero-gravity floating speakers, and rugged outdoor gear all certified with industry-standard IPX waterproof ratings.
Lifestyle Hybrid: Single-wall water bottle speakers optimized for outdoor utility, hydration, and fitness environments.

Corrugated Retail Strategy
Standardized Box Architecture: Every product box is engineered within millimeters in width variation to perfectly slide into a single universal counter display size without dividers.
Pre-Loaded PDQ Execution: Displays arrive at retail locations pre-assembled and fully loaded, requiring the store clerk to simply pull the corrugated PDQ out of the shipping container and place it directly on the counter.
Club Store Expansion: A seasonal 1/2 pallet multi-product display mockup serves as a core portfolio element, showcasing bulk corrugated merchandising strategies for national retailers aimed at summer-themed outdoor adventures—proving that every great activity is elevated by a flawless soundtrack.
Prototyping to Production
Visual Case Studies: Side-by-side photographic spreads matching early Adobe Illustrator constructed designs of the packaging and product vectors with the physical retail-ready production outcome.
Technical Rigor: Conceptual technical drawings overlaying the exploded product schematics next to final molded assemblies, highlighting the complete workflow from digital Illustrator mockup to manufactured product.
Packaging & Display Systems
Corrugated Construction: The foundational structural engineering uses rugged, lightweight corrugated material optimized for high-capacity retail placement and structural integrity.
Folding Carton: Clean, eco-friendly folding carton architecture integrating form-fit PET inserts or transparent windows to dynamically showcase the product as the main star of the display.
Heat-Sealed PET: Transparent, heat-sealed folding cartons paired with custom-molded form-fit PET plastic inner trays for high-visibility shelf presentation and secure transit.
